Wage increase breakdown per region (non-agricultural workers only):

  • The National Capital Region (NCR) includes the cities of Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Manila, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Pasay, Pasig, Parañaque, Quezon City, San Juan, Taguig, and Valenzuela, as well as the municipality of Pateros. From P570, the new minimum wage for this region is P610.
  • The Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) includes the provinces of Apayao, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga, and Mountain Province. From P430, the new minimum wage for this region is P430.
  • Region I (Ilocos Region) includes the provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, and Pangasinan. From P400, the new minimum wage for this region is P435.
  • Region II (Cagayan Valley) includes the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, and Nueva Vizcaya. From P420, the new minimum wage for this region is P435 or P450.
  • Region III (Central Luzon) includes the provinces of Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, and Zambales.

  • Region VII (Central Visayas) includes the provinces of Cebu, Bohol, Negros Oriental, and Siquijor.

    For Class B Cities and Municipalities, from P397, the new minimum wage is P430.
    For Class C Cities and Municipalities, from P387, the new minimum wage is P420.
  • Region VIII (Eastern Visayas) includes the provinces of Biliran, Eastern Samar, Leyte, Northern Samar, Samar, and Southern Leyte. From P375, the new minimum wage for this region is P405.
  • Region IX (Zamboanga Peninsula) includes the provinces of Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga Sibugay, and Zamboanga del Sur. From P351, the new minimum wage for this region is P381.
  • Region X (Northern Mindanao) includes the provinces of Bukidnon, Camiguin, Lanao del Norte, Misamis Oriental, and Misamis Occidental.

    First Tranche:

    For Wage Category I Cities and Municipalities, from P365, the new minimum wage is P390.
    For Wage Category II Cities and Municipalities, from P353, the new minimum wage is P383.
    For Wage Category III Cities and Municipalities, from P350, the new minimum wage is P375.
    For Wage Category IV Cities and Municipalities, from P343, the new minimum wage is P368.

    Second Tranche:

    For Wage Category I Cities and Municipalities, from P390, the new minimum wage for this region is P405.
    For Wage Category II Cities and Municipalities, from P383, the new minimum wage for this region is P405.
    For Wage Category III Cities and Municipalities, from P375, the new minimum wage for this region is P390.
    For Wage Category IV Cities and Municipalities, from P368, the new minimum wage for this region is P390.
  • Region XI (Davao Region) includes the provinces of Davao de Oro (formerly known as Compostela Valley), Davao del Sur, Davao del Norte, Davao Oriental, and Davao Occidental. 

    From P396, the new minimum wage for this region is P427. (For establishments with greater than or equal to 10 workers)
    From P381, the new minimum wage for this region is P412. (For establishments with less than 10 workers)
  • Region XII (SOCCSKARGEN) includes the provinces of South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Cotabato, and Sarangani. From P368, the new minimum wage for this region is P390.
  • Region XIII (Caraga) includes the provinces of Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, and the Dinagat Islands. From P320, the new minimum wage for this region is P350 (with a cost of living allowance [COLA] of P15).
  • The Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) includes the provinces of Basilan, Lanao del Sur, Maguindanao, Sulu, and Tawi‑Tawi.

    For the Provinces of Lanao del Sur, Maguindanao, Tawi-Tawi, and the Cities of Marawi and Lamitan, from P300/day, the new minimum wage is P316/day.

    For Cotabato City and the Special Geographic Area, from P325.day, the new minimum is P341/day
