The most developped African countries are more likely to be democracies while the most brutal dictatorships are in general very poor countries. The most brutal dictatorships are DR Congo where a regime is establish or Eritrea where lots of jounalists are jailed while the best working democracies are South Africa, Botswana and Namibia, countries which are an example to follow for the rest of the contient.
